Our trainers consistently go above and beyond, going the extra mile to motivate and inspire, making your child's sports journey enjoyable and rewarding.

Train Up Sports delivers high-quality training programs tailored to the unique needs of each athlete. We have trainers and coaches that have played at the collegiate and pro levels in both baseball and basketball. 

CAST (Christian Athletes Serving Together) 

is a faith-driven outreach program dedicated to uplifting families and empowering the next generation. We support struggling parents by covering a portion of the costs for their children to participate in sports camps, clinics, and athletic programs—giving every young athlete a fair chance to grow, compete, and succeed.

Beyond financial support, CAST provides mentorship rooted in Christian values, guiding kids spiritually, mentally, and physically. Our athletes and volunteers also serve the community through clean-up projects, coat and sweater drives for the homeless, and other acts of compassion across Paterson, Passaic, and the surrounding areas.

CAST exists to make sure no child is left behind and no family has to struggle alone. Together, we serve, we mentor, and we help build stronger communities through the love of Christ
